This is an estimate for guidance only, before taxes. The exact price of a Socle system is set in writing in the Blueprint. Rented software can also have charges for training, extra modules or storage that this calculator doesn’t count, unless you add them to the setup fees.

How the calculation works

For rented software, the number of users goes up each year by the number of new users, and the price per user goes up by the percentage entered. Setup fees are counted in the first year.

For Socle, the build is paid in the first year. The monthly plan and the hosting are counted every month, and they don’t change with the number of users.

What the calculation doesn’t show

With rented software, you lose access the day you stop paying. With Socle, the code, the server and the data are in your name. If you stop the plan, the system stays yours.

Where do I find the price per user of my software?

On the vendor’s pricing page or on your latest invoice. Use the monthly price per user of the plan you use, before taxes.

Why count a price increase every year?

Most online software raises its prices over the years. Enter 0% if your contract fixes the price for the whole period.

Can the Socle plan change?

The plan depends on the level you choose, not on the number of users. You can change levels or stop with 30 days’ notice.
