Building a system starts at $9,000. The exact price depends on the modules your business needs. We set it with you before work starts, and once it’s written down, it doesn’t move.
What you pay for, step by step
You can stop after any step. Each one has its own price, known before you start. Prices are in Canadian dollars, before taxes.

Operations Diagnostic
$500, deducted from the BlueprintOne hour of work on your real files, over screen share. You get a two-page note on what costs you time. If it doesn’t have three concrete actions in it, I refund you.
Blueprint
$2,500, credited toward the BuildTwo workshops with your team to draw every screen. You leave with the list of modules, the go-live date and the firm price of the build. The document is yours even if you stop there.
Build
From $9,000, in three paymentsThe firm price is written in the Blueprint. You pay part at signing, part after the halfway demonstration on your own data, and the rest after go-live.
Evolution
From $450 a month, for the whole businessSupport, updates, backups and points to have the system changed. The plan stays the same no matter how many employees you have.
What changes the price, and what doesn’t
What changes the price
- The number of modules selected and the work to adapt them to your trade.
- The number of locations.
- Printable documents in your colours, such as the quote or the packing slip.
- The amount of data to bring over from your spreadsheets.
What doesn’t change it
- The number of users. You can hire tomorrow without paying more.
- The time I spend on your project. If I misjudged the work, I absorb the difference.
- Defects found after go-live. They are fixed at no charge.
Per-user pricing is what makes the bill climb.
Most management software is paid per user, every month. The day you hire, the bill goes up. With Socle, the plan is the same for the whole business, whether you have five or fifty people in the system.
The Evolution plan, after go-live
Your system needs upkeep, and your business will change. The plan covers both. It’s billed monthly for the whole business, and there are three levels.
How points work
Every change request is given a size before I start. Adding a field costs few points, a new report costs more. You see the number of points and you approve before the work. Your balance is always visible in “Mon forfait”.
If you want to stop
You can cancel the plan at any time with 30 days’ notice, with no penalty. The system, the code and the data stay yours.
Why a starting price and not an exact one
Two businesses in the same trade almost never need the same modules. The starting price is for a system with the base modules, for one location. I give you a ballpark figure during the consultation, then the firm price in writing at the end of the Blueprint.
Questions about pricing
Are there hidden fees?
No. Everything that’s included is written in the Blueprint, line by line, and nothing is added after signing without your written agreement. Taxes are added to the price.
What happens if the project takes longer than expected?
The price doesn’t change. Only a change you ask for can alter it, and you approve it in writing before I make it.
Do I pay for each employee?
No. The plan is the same for the whole business, whether you have five or fifty users.
Who pays for hosting?
The server is in your name, so the host bills you directly. It’s a small monthly amount, and I tell you what it is during the consultation.
Can I start with just a few modules?
Yes. We can start small and add modules later. The Blueprint shows you what’s worth doing right away and what can wait.
