Who is responsible

Matheo Luong, operator of Socle Systèmes, is the person in charge of protecting personal information. For any question, or to ask for access, correction or withdrawal, write to matheo@soclesystemes.com, call 579 366-5321, or write to 3450 Saint-Denis St, Unit 690, Montréal, QC H2X 3L3. What we collect

When you book a meeting: your name, company name and email, your phone number and message if you give them, the time you chose, and how you reached us (card, site, email or ad, with the campaign name if there is one). Nothing else.

Why

Only to arrange the meeting, send you the confirmation and contact you about it. Your information is never sold, rented or shared with third parties.

Where it is kept

On a Socle Systèmes server hosted in Quebec (Beauharnois). It is kept as long as needed to follow up on your request, then destroyed no later than 24 months after our last exchange, unless you become a client.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not track you. It has no advertising tools and no audience analytics. It keeps your language preference in your browser and, for the length of your visit only, how you arrived (for example an email), so it can be noted with your booking.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to the address above. You can also file a complaint with Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information.

Emails

Every email from Socle Systèmes identifies the sender and includes a free way to unsubscribe. Requests are processed within 10 business days.
